Conflicts of Interest

• From time to time, our officers, directors, employees, consultants, affiliates and members of their respective families may own, buy or sell securities in the companies mentioned in our newsletters or website. It is also possible that one or more of those people have or may perform consulting or other services for such companies.
   
• When we are engaged by a company to represent them in their investor relations, investor marketing or in any other capacity, we will fully disclose this. You should consider these fact when evaluating any information we present about any company. Since our compensation may include a monthly fee and/or may include warrants, we will have a direct incentive for the shares of our clients to trade at higher prices. This poses a direct conflict of interest in mentioning stocks of our clients on our website and in our newsletter.
  
  To mitigate the implied or actual conflict of interest, our editorial policy is to disseminate only information which has been made publicly available by our corporate clients. These may include press releases, information contained on client websites and information from SEC filings. We will never provide any personal thoughts, comments, insights, analysis or opinions on any company that is a client.
  
  You should always assume that we are biased and as always, conduct your own due diligence and consult with your own investment advisors before considering an investment in any company we mention.
   
• We will provide written disclosure on any financial or other relationship we are or become aware of regarding any associated persons and the companies mentioned in our newsletter and website. Unless specifically disclosed in writing, none of the companies mentioned on our website or newsletter have paid us any cash, stock, warrants, options or any other consideration.
   
• Our editor, his family members and friends may own shares in one or more of the companies mentioned. These individuals may sell some or all of their shares at any time.
   
• ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND AGREEMENT Notwithstanding any other agreement or other communications between SA and a subscriber or potential subscriber to the contrary, receiving or using any material provided by SA or accessing or using SA's website, at any time and through any means, whether directly or indirectly, represents acknowledgement by such person of the foregoing Conflicts of Interest and agreement with their terms and conditions.
