company can reduce their operating costs by cutting out non
revenue generating business lines and increase sales of
their core SCR opportunity. As a result, we believe the
company can break even and possibly generate a profit by March
31, 2007.

$18 million in cash. Yes, it will lose cash between now and
when it
generates sufficient cash from operations, but we think the
sale of certain assets might entirely mitigate the cash drain.
